Invisible and Blocking in Gush

Gush makes use of XMPP's privacy management to be able to appear invisible and also to be able to block communication towards other people on your Buddy List.

Unfortunately, there is still a small problem with the server relating to removing invisibility or unblocking a contact. Once you unblock the person, they can see you online, but you won't be able to see them online until you log off and then log back online.

However, appearing invisible and blocking does work. In the mean time, you can steer clear of these features and everything ought to be fine. We'll post here when the issue is resolved. Posted by Dudley at February 2, 2004 06:39 PM
